Mindhealth recognizes worker's compensation requires balance between the various forces that impinge on treatment. We are mindful that the injured worker invariably feels they are receiving a sop in lieu of adequate care, while at the same time employers feel saddled with expenses beyond their responsibility.  We try to maintain balance between these forces.
